This main floor renovation completely reimagined the home’s layout, turning an older, closed-off kitchen and living space into an open, inviting area perfect for entertaining. To achieve this, we relocated the basement staircase, creating a more seamless flow and maximizing space.

A load-bearing beam was installed to support the roof load, allowing for the expansive new kitchen layout, complete with a large island — the perfect gathering spot for family and friends. The transformation was completed with updated lighting, new hardwood flooring throughout, and a modernized entryway, bringing warmth, style, and function to the entire main floor.
